Silverwood is almost here! For the past 24 years, we’ve had the honor of hosting one of the biggest youth gatherings in the Pacific Northwest at the illustrious Silverwood Amusement Park just outside Coeur D’Alene, Idaho. Since 2001, we’ve been afforded the rare privilege of reserving the entire park (water-park excluded) from 1:00PM-7:00PM on the Friday before Memorial Day in May. That’s right – the rides, attractions, food stands, and facilities are exclusively ours for the day! It’s truly one of the highlights of the year for all who attend. This year, we’re thrilled to have a Silverwood favorite – Pastor Joe Decker Jr. as our Guest Speaker. Pastor Decker serves as the Lead Pastor of South Campbell Avenue Baptist Church in Springfield, Missouri- a church he’s pastored for over 20 years. He’s preached across the country at conferences, youth summits, and more, seeing hundreds of young people come to Christ through his ministry. Our prayer, as it has been every year, is for God to use the power of the preached Word to transform the lives of those in attendance. In years past, we’ve seen hundreds of young people receive Christ as their Savior, making this a huge outreach opportunity for your church’s student ministries.

The cost for this event is $70 per person for those who pay before Sunday, May 5th. ($78 for those who pay after May 5th.) This includes unlimited rides, attractions, and lunch in the park. One of the most difficult challenges in hosting this event is navigating registration for over 600 attendees, so here are a few things you can do to make things easier. #1. Be as precise in your registration information as possible. We understand that your numbers may fluctuate, but we’d ask that you do your best to accurately project your total number of attendees. #2. For those paying via check by mail, make sure your payment is received prior to arrival at the park. If we haven’t received payment, be prepared to submit a new form of payment at the gate prior to park entry. NOTE: No entry will be permitted for those whom have not paid their registration fees. #3. All sales are final on, or after May 24th. No refunds will be summited. We understand that things happen beyond your control (vehicle issues, last minute cancelations, etc.) but please understand that Woodin Valley Baptist Church is required to pay for a minimum amount of tickets, and that number is dependent upon pre-registration projections. Therefore, we’re adopting a “no refunds – no exceptions” policy to ensure that we’re taken care of.

Woodin Valley Baptist Church does not profit from this event, so we ask that you prayerfully consider taking part in our special offering that will go to help with administration costs, marketing costs, and to help with accommodating our special speaker with a love offering. Although this is a youth event geared towards teens, families are invited to come and join the fun! Please note that tickets must be purchased for each individual in your group, excluding those 3 years of age and under. We are looking forward to a great time at this year’s event! Silverwood Super Rally gives way to some of the greatest memories in the lives of all in attendance. The rides, attractions, and time shared with like-minded believers are invaluable. Even more than that is the potential of what God can and will do through the worship and Bible-centered preaching of His Word.
